This Privacy Policy explains how ClientsBill ("ClientsBill", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our invoicing platform and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").
If you have questions, contact us at info@clientsbill.com.

- Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, and password when you register.
- Business data: clients, invoices, quotes, payments, expenses, and other records you create inside the Service.

3. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you authenticated and remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used — these are only activated after you give consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf (see §5).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention requirements.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
